Worse customer service ever!!! Made an appointment with them , drove 45 minutes to get to them for them to tell me they can’t do it because their mechanic started on another vehicle. Never will use them again

Unfortunately you arrived approximately one hour after your scheduled appointment time. By that point our technicians had moved on to other customers who had arrived on time, making it impossible to complete your service by your requested deadline of 12pm. We understand that driving 45 minutes is a significant commitment and we genuinely wish the circumstances had been different. Arriving on time allows us to give every customer the full attention and quality service they deserve. Our door is always open and we would welcome the opportunity to take great care of your vehicle if you'd like to schedule again in the future.

Keith was awesome!!! He went above and beyond. My son passed away and I was left to deal with his Porsche. I had no idea what services a Porsche required. Keith put in a new battery, helped me reset a maintenance alert and let me know what else I needed to do. He didn’t try to upsell, he was very straightforward and honest.
